JUST SEVEN DAYS LEFT!

Don't panic, just yet, but you really want to get a wriggle on and get your events into our system. If you miss the cutoff, you miss the cutoff and then you'll be looking on longingly at all the other rad and exciting events happening

Some amazing events have already been registered, so apologies if this doesn’t apply to you. If it does, time to jump online here and send us your ideas.

Please note: You may need to set up a new venue login for this year. However, if your venue took part in 2019, its details should still be in the database for you to select. Please ensure all contact details are up to date, including a secondary contact!

The streamlined registration process shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete. You’ll be guided step by step through everything we need from you.

Reminder: We DO NOT require every detail to be 100 percent accurate this far out. The key thing is making sure the concept of the event is fleshed out - things like tap lists, food menus and other details can be filled in later!

If approved, you have until January 31 to finalise your details for the print program but you MUST submit your concept by October 31 if you want to be a part of the program.

If you are interested in supporting the festival through marketing or sponsorship, please contact Siobhan at events@goodbeerweek.com.

For registrations to be presented to the programming team for review, the registration fee must be paid in full by the October 31 deadline.

As per every year, there will be NO EXTENSIONS on the deadline. If your event ideas aren't submitted by midnight on Wednesday, you won't be considered to be part of the 2019 festival.

We’re looking forward to working through the submissions next month, so make sure yours is at the top of the pile!

CRYER MALT TRADE HUB

If you've got a great event idea that is focused around engaging with the good beer industry itself, don't forget that you can apply for venue hire sponsorship to be a part of the Cryer Malt Trade Hub. Once again, it will be a dedicated industry space at the Good Beer Week Hub.

All event suggestions are welcome, you just have to respond to the following question in your idea pitch:

How do you propose to utilise the Cryer Malt Trade Hub to further grow the good beer community?

If you would like to talk through your trade event idea, you are welcome to get in touch with the Good Beer Week team this week to see how you can best pitch it. But don't forget, the October 31 deadline still applies!

GOOD BEER WEEK BUMPER MARKETING PACK

For the 2019 festival, you will again have the option to upgrade your event registration to the Bumper Pack, which includes additional marketing benefits for your event.

If you opt to take up this offer, you will have extended access to Good Beer Week's marketing channels in the lead up to the festival. See the last page of the Event Guidelines for further details.
