#GBW19 May 10 - May 19 2019
Event registrations for GBW#19 are open RIGHT NOW and you have until October 31 2018 to get them in. No extensions, no exceptions, no parlays.
We're looking for the most creative, innovative, eye-catching and entertaining beer events ever seen. Need inspiration? Take a squiz at the 2018 program for great ideas. But don't copy what everyone else has done in the past; wow us, excite us, entice us and make sure to keep in mind our four event streams: Beer Geek, Good Times, Foodie, and Beer Lover..
Sell us your vision and get creative with your description, and ask yourself these questions questions three:
- Has a similar event been in the Good Beer Week program before?
- What makes mine unique?
- What makes mine good value?

Events must also meet the guidelines set out in the festival's Charter, which is abridged in the GBW19 Event Guidelines document.
WHY SO EARLY?
Putting together a fantastic program is a lot of work and we expect to be swamped with your sparkling ideas. We want to make sure we have tons of time to make the festival the best it can possibly be. Once your event has been approved by the Good Beer Week committee in November, you have until January 31 to finalise your details.
If your event is not approved, the team will contact you to discuss how your event could be improved. If your event is unsuccessful, you will be refunded the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
Payment must be made in full by October 31 for consideration in the program.
Please note we will only accept credit card payments this year. Please contact us during October if you need to process via an alternative payment arrangement.

- Mid November: Event registrations confirmed
- Jan 31, 2019: Event details all finalised
- Mar 15, 2019: Good Beer Week 2018 program launched
- Mar 15-16, 2019: Good Beer Week Gala Showcase
- Mar 17, 2019: Tickets on sale
- May 10-19, 2018: Good Beer Week 2018

GOOD BEER WEEK MARKETING BUMPER PACK
For the 2019 festival, you will again have the option to upgrade your event registration to the Bumper Pack, which includes additional marketing benefits for your event.
If you opt to take up this offer, you will have extended access to Good Beer Week's marketing channels in the lead up to the festival. See page 18 (REGO FEES) of the Event Guidelines for further details.
