Canapes are as follows
Blue swimmer crab rillette, garlic crouton, per tendril - Single fin summer ale. Tempura oyster, seaweed verde - Atomic Pale ale. Grilled prawn, fennel and lemon dressing, chive - Narrow neck pale ale. Balinese chicken satay, pineapple salsa - Sleeping giant IPA.
Then moving onto the more substantial bowl foods
Hello sunshine cider braised freo octopus, chorizo, white beans, romesco - Little dove new world pale Lamb and quinoa meatballs, sumac lane, pomegranate, corriander - Red rye IPA
